S3 n75 /actuator question

Hi there looking for. Advise I have disconnected n75 via electric connection 1st/2nd/3rd gear boosts 0.4 /0.5 bar boost in all 3 gears 4/5/6 go over a bar car is mapped is actuator weak allowing more boost in high gears or is this normal for limp mode?
 
4/5/6 n75 off >bar?

is this what you are saying?
Basically I have set actuator too factory spec Ie boosting in limp mode exactly same as my old actuator did in limp mode it made 0.4 bar on my gauge before and does now but in high gears 4 onwards it boosts random figures??

Hi there badger and many thanks for your help seem like a very nice chap basic lay just disconnected n75 electrically all pipes still attached I have dropped it in today as I had 150 psi on all cylinders if you can remember me asking you I'm putting originals back in as they were comp ratio 8.5.1 and factory is 9.5.1 so fingers crossed I'll be coming over too see you very soon for a dyno I have set actuator accurately via vag.com meets requested and dosent hit limp mode so until I get correct compression I'm running stock settings lol but as I say high gears causes more boost ie 0.9/ 1 bar worn actuator ???

Ob an gauge dosent read accuratly aparantly!!
 
some boost creep on k04s I have seen... but not all oddly..

start at 5psi and work their way up to 12-14psi sometimes..
I have seen the hotsides vary in their castings in the wastegate area, so perhaps its a hotside variance on the port to the wg.. I know when I port hybrid k04 hotsides, its this area I work on to remove creep, or at least dull it down..

possibly that..
 
I just remembered I have put my old n75 on which was faulty I think I'll put the new one back on and see first?
