Hey Guys and Girls,

Im new to the forum despite having had Audi's all my life and being a complete fanatic when it comes to modding.

For those of you who know "Warren_S3" i only live around the corner from him and he knows im a perfectionist.

Im starting part time projects offering:

- Carbon fibre OEM parts (Covering parts in real carbon Fibre/skimming) at an affordable price
Door Trims
Fuel Flaps
Steering Wheels
Centre Consoles
Grab Handles
Etc..........

- Steering wheel re trims and sales of part or fully carbon fibre OEM steering wheels

Im of course only doing Audi parts.

Just wondering what you guys want doing or are having trouble finding and what you would be looking to pay?

I understand not everybody wants to cover there car in carbon fibre but it does make the finishing touch.

Anyway thanks for reading and all the best

you got a link to any work completed already or website?

might be interested in wing mirrors and rear valance on 09 sportback.

Hi,
I don't do it personally myself but i send it off with a company i sold a industrial unit to which happens to sell to KAHN range rover and OVERFINCH carbon fibre parts so you can pretty much google there quality.

If you do still want some pics message me your email address and ill send you some of my lambo work which i have done carbon fibre work too. Its not a company so im not out to make huge profits and cover overheads i just do some hear and there part time as i love the finish achieved. Could say it gives me the feel good factor :)

Its not caps i will be making its actually covering your whole part so would be best for you to buy them cheaply second hand and tatty then post them to me and then when they come back sell yours or have them done and sell them. (if that makes sense)

If there is a big enough demand for this kind of work then i may open a little company but for now im just doing work here and there. I only decided to do this when i found i couldn't find anybody in the uk reliable that could carry out this work when i wanted it doing. I know about C6 but that's about it and he's usually flat out. Im also doing this at low cost and high quality as i know the suppliers and workers direct.

Sorry to rant on............

I'm confused:

"I don't do it personally myself but i send it off with a company i sold a industrial unit to"

"

So for clarity's sake, do you do the work yourself, or do you send it off to this company?

Real carbon sounds real expensive to me. How much are we talking about here?

c6 carbon have always done a great job for me how competitively priced are you

I send the work off to be done as carbon fibre skimming is a very skilled process. I have done it myself in the past but as i run 2 companies i dont have the time. I use a company which currently do work for KAHN and OVERFINCH. I did work on my own lamborghini when i was doing it myself which i no longer do.

Im not out to try and compete with C6 im just offering an alternative. I have know idea what they charge.

In regards to pricing i can supply you with approx prices for the following:

OEM Audi multi functional flat bottom steering wheel with carbon fibre and leather or suede with whatever stitching
Like this or whatever you want:

- Approx £650.00 (if you look about there usually between £800-£1800 depending on style)

url

- OEM Door trim set Approx £250

- OEM Arm rest cover Approx £125

Oh and sorry esslll for the confusion i was just typing away and didnt re read what i said. Hope now all is clear

That seems rather expensive for the Door trims as I got actual carbon Osir items for £222.

How much would it be to do the wing mirrors on a 2009 facelift s3?

Hi drnutta,

My price refers to 3 doors but my 5 door ones would be nearer to £230

You must of just gone on a currency converter and done an exchange rate based on 1GBP = 1.6107 of today which would equal just over £222 but nobody will get this rate unless there exchanging 100million. There 359$ from Osir for a 5 door + high postage cost and tax for importation plus a worse exchange rate. I have bought from them in the past.

Please correct me if I'm wrong and please do send me a link so I can buy some as the price seems reasonable. I could be totally wrong if you've found somewhere in the uk selling 5 door A3 trim at £222? :/

I could lower the price of mine but I thought it was fairly reasonable as there OEM covered parts and therefore fit a bit better than stuff I have had from Osir in the past.

Regards

Hey Morells,
It would be easier for you to buy the carbon stick on caps but I can get a price if you like?
Do you want me to supply the whole wing mirrors rather than skimming over your lovely stainless mirror? Depending on how much I can get a set of mirrors for it will be approx £150. Does that sound reasonable? I haven't had a chance to check what else is out there so please do let me know if I'm a little out or what you'd be looking to pay for something like that.
Many thanks

That sounds quite a good price I will get in contact with you when I purchase my s3 as I'm looking around ATM and will be buying one in October when I get my bonus. Speke soon

Hi Adam, good to see you've joined up!

Get some pics of your car up, people will love it! (the white one!)

Can vouch for the work on offer here, first class.

I'm going to get addicted to the forum now! I was going to but thought I'd wait till I get the new interior and new alloys done?

Maybe a sneaky peak of the engine will do for now?

Will have to have a catch up when your free so I can show you these carbon steering wheels (when there done)

Do people like a bit of suede or leather? What colour stitching?

I guess the next thing to do would be to go to some of the local ish meets? Maybe tag along with you sometime when convenient for both.
