The deed is done, and what a pain it was (my fault, monkey tools and on street mechanics lol)

Anyway here's the before:

And now the stance, I have left the front a bit higher due to the new top mounts, let them bed in etc, ther rears will have to be raised 10mm or so to clear the 1 (of many) speed bump on the estate that catches the center section of the exhaust

After a little drive (2 miles) im pleasently suprised, nice ride no bangs, crashes etc.

Thanks!, I used budget joms, havent got a clue to what actual ride height is lol. If I had the right tools It would have taken around 3-4 hours but with the rain lack of decent tools it was an all day job, Honestly though it's simple.

The top mounts are the reason I got the coilovers lol, see this thread http://www.audi-sport.net/vb/a3-s3-forum-8l-chassis/166256-my-top-mount-fail.html.

And as my signature says "Ill try stuff out! If you never try and never fail, you will never know and never learn" (just helps when you dont have tools made by fisher price lol).

If your confident with a spanner, you will be ok, just do lots of reading up beforehand to cover you for every situation
