Hello. I am a new member here but have been a memeber on the Audi tt forum for some time so i am used to forums. I sold my TT however to buy an A3 TDI sport. I got it a few months ago as a standard basic looking motor and have since carried out some subtle modifications. here are a few pics let me know what you think. Thanks Jamie

Hi Jamie, welcome to audi-sport.net. Where are you located? Have a read at the faqs threads at the top of the page, lots of useful information in there. Enjoy the forum. :) x

Nice mate :thumbsup:Any more planned mods? What's with the tax disc placement

oh yeah never noticed the disk being so high before. will get that rectified shortly. i am after some sline interior and maybe a remap for a little extra power. forgot to mention i had lowered it by 35mm as well. been a busy boy over this last week.

Yeah i have always like the look of the half leather the sline do. i also wouldnt mind full leather but a decent set seems hard to find. i hvae seen a cream set but unsure of how this would look. would love red leather really

Love that colour, and the black grilles work really well with it. Welcome to asn.

The split grill is really growing on me, when it's black

Hi there. The grilles have just been sprayed with plastidip. Look it up. Fanstastic stuff and you don't need to remove anything from the car. Just spray directly on. And remove if you do not like. Hope this helps. If you need more help just ask. Cheers Jamie

Cheers will have a look into that stuff will post it on here if end up doin it

yeah the fuel economy is a lot better hey and the black edition is a smart little number. the grin factor not so much but i am starting to like the a3 now i have made it look a little better as it gets a couple of looks now. we also have a Mk2 tt v6 so fuel is not really saved at all. ha ha

cheers pat. i wasnt to sure when they first arrived on the coulour but they do look pretty good so i am happy now.

Ahh you lucky ******, Mrs wont let me have another TT yet haha :(

she will come around. just keep on moaning about how you shouldnt have got rid of your last one and then one day she will snap and say: just ****** get one then. well thats what my wife did. ha ha

hi there again. anyone have any other ideas for my car that are fairly cheap but worth while cheers Jamie

looks really good mate, was there a thread you used on plasti-dipping the grille and wingmirrors or what?

Kinda wanna look into doing it and have done for a while.

Where did you get your front lip from? I need one toooo.......

the front lip is just the seat leon cupra r splitter that can be bought from any dealer for around £38

The plastidipping is really easy. i just watched a video on you tube and went for it. you cant mess it up as its easily removed so there is no harm done

That lamin x does look pretty good actually. is it road legal at all. do you have to get brighter bulbs fitted as it seems a fairly dark tint. cheers Jamie
