Such a common issue. How were the shocks? You got a week to sort out a retest?

Shocks are fine, only covered 30k odd miles! 10 days for fast track retest, ordered springs just now, and with it being bank holiday weekend, guess I'll get them for Thursday?

Yes, I have white instead of amber indicators at the rear! lol, he's put my screenwash leak as a coolant leak! , and I have a small oil leak, probably the turbo oil feeds?

Time to chill out with a bottle of water!

No, around 8-9 years I think? Surprised with the breakage though, I hardly use it when the salt is out, and it lives in the garage 95% of the time! Guess it's just a bad design in the first place. The MOT tester had to point out where it was broke to me, can't see it, can just feel it, where it sits in the cup at the bottom.

My Mk2 doesn't have snapped springs, and they was well over 15yrs old when I took them out!

I'm just shocked that anything aftermarket will last over 2 years.

This is true. If you go London Heathrow, the trolleys to carry your luggage is free, at Birmingham International, it's £1 or €2. But at Birmingham, they have a BurgerKing, which is around 2 quid dearer that your normal highstreet prices for a meal, @Heathrow, it's just expensive!

Our long weekend is almost over and marking the end of bank holidays until Christmas.

How was everyone's?

Visited the grandparents on their final weekend in the Uk until Christmas, picked up some Archery equipment to sell (any one into archery?), sorted out some camping kit for next month and tidied up my Plasti dip stuff.

Now I chill till tomorrow and then it all gets busy again.
Tuesday, AC fix for the pug and parts for mine.
Wednesday, hopefully meet a guy to collect some B5 items for Audrey.
Thursday, if the weather is nice plasti dip.
Friday, half a day so finish off the plasti dipping and start stripping Audrey down to fit her new evaporator unit.
Saturday, hopefully rebuild Audrey with new evaporator and nice new dash parts.

That's my week. Hope the weather is on my side.

Back to work tomorrow but it's a two day week for me, and then I'm in Bournemouth on wed night until Sunday yay! Hopefully it's nice weather for the air show.

Had an ok day, spent tidying, sorting stuff and then with the family over in Leeds.

Not a lot really about 20hrs on skyrim, 4 call outs, sprayed my wellycooler, done a bit of tidying and washing, and a few hours of sweraing and cursing as my ****** hard drive has died and has all my Itunes music library on so lost the lot
