s3 skirts - s line bumper

if i were to fit some S3 side skirts to my A3 s line, would i need to change the bumper?

As far as I am aware you dont need to change the bumper unless you want full S3 look.

just thinking that the line of skirts may not be true to the bottom finish of the bumper, i.e at different heights ?

my car is a MY12 BE which has a slight drop, so thinking it may look at tad out of line

Should be fine if your car is a 8P3 BE...depending on your bodyshop you may need s3 sills and door mouldings

Im also thinking of doing this, not to make it look like and S3 but I think Audi must have forgot about the sides, the front and back look fine but to me the sides seem a little unfinished...mine is a 3dr black edition MY12..I think I will lol x

I looked at this but I thought the rear would like out of place and when I looked at getting the rear bumper it would have been cheaper for me to get the S3 in the first place.....

I have to agree, it looks odd without them. The bit under the side is a little odd like they forgot to add something.... I may re think the skirts idea an get them fitted an if I think it looks bad I guess I will always get the bumper? I have the parking things which pushes the cost even more so fingers crossed I will think it looks ok.
