It is out at the cinemas Monday, and as you know Matt Damon isn't starring.

I love all three Bourne movies, more than I love James Bond to be honest.

I keep trying to work out if the new movie will be rubbish without Matt or not.

Will you be going to see the film? Or wait until it is out on DVD? Or wait until it is on TV a year or two from now?

Tough call, I like the Bourne movies but it would be an easier decision to make if I knew whether Matt Damon had turned the script down because it was average or worse, or just because he's moved on.

As the Bourne Identity picks up from when he has done his last job as an agent, there must be enough material from the enrolment /conditioning / early assignment days to make another decent 2 hr movie. But that said since investing in a decent home cinema set up I only tend to go to the cinema if I think the film visuals warrant the big screen experience these days.

I'll have to see some early reviews before deciding.

Keep in mind, it's not just Matt Damon who is missing from this film. It's not directed by Paul Greengrass, and it's not based on anything written by Robert Ludlum. It strikes me as an attempt to cash in.

Saw the trailer for this on 'you tube' the other day and wasn't impressed.

I love all Bourne movies too but without Matt damon as 'Jason Bourne' it won't be the same, he made the films

Saw this last Tuesday at a preview, took ages to get going but not that bad really, some good action moments however overall not in the same league as the previous films.

That was the point...

This was terrible.

I was really disapointed, some good bits, but these are few and far between.

Took ages to get going, too much science techno babble and not enough action.

They tried to tie this film in with second bourne film and the third and to be honest it was just one big mess.

Gutted as i have seen all the bourne films over 100 times!, yes i actually have (probably).

Don't waste your money watching this at the cinema
