I think new CK's would cost you about £1700-£1800. I just sold the nearly new BE rotors I had for a grand to a forum member so if you do a bit of digging and know the right people then you can grab yourself a good deal.

Hi All,

I'm new here in the 8P section. I'm Nick, 43 from The Netherlands.
This saturday I picked up the new to me A3 Sportback 2.0TDI S-Tronic.
I traded in my petrol A4 1.8T Avant.

It's an Ambition from 2008. I swapped the Ambition wheels (gonna be my winter wheels) for my OZ Superturismo LM's
I was afraid the wheels wouldn't fit because they're 8x18 ET35. The wheels ain't the problem but I do need other tires. Now it's 235/40/18 from my A4 and it still rubs a bit at the back. The screw is reduced to the minimum but occasionally it still scrapes. I'm replacing them with 225's soon. The car still sits at the ambition sports suspension height, which is about 2cm lower than standard I believe.

First change will be an Audi navi (BNS 5.0 because with an RNS-E you can just wait for it to get stolen overhere ) Other updates like a chip will follow in the coming months.

It adjustable. Around 40-45mm allround.

Correct. It's off a S-Line B7. Not evyone likes it, but it looks better "live".

Ye I know hate it been keeping an eye out for a new set but people want way to much for them so it's back to the paint shop at the end of the month to have them painted silver 100quid which I don't think is to bad

No. I had too cut the original valance an place it in. Coated it with Plasti-dip.

Thanks, just fitted a set of FK Silverline coilovers, previously had some cheapie coilovers that did well for the money, but wanted to go slightly lower. I have to say the ride is so much better on these compared to the old ones, so have learn't my lesson there! The next price bracket coilovers must be extremely nice (KW, H&R etc.)
