if your cars been remapped should it include different ones and would i notice any difference changing to 440's?

You shouldn't need to change your injectors on normal stage 1 or stage 2 maps. I am having to change mine because I have changed my cylinder head and fitted a few other mods which has resulted in higher airflow.

i was just curios as was offered a full set of bosch 440's for £70 didnt know whether it was worth it or not

You'd need your map adjusting for it and it wont make much difference unless you have a load of supporting mods. I wouldn't bother

supporting mods being? i mean when my engine was mapped it was supposidely 300bhp but since then its come out the s3 into a different shell, got a 4bar fpr, huge front mount intercooler, induction kit, 3" hi flow down pipe with 3" decatted exhaust system with only one box

Itll have never seen 300bhp mate, itll have been around 260/270 with those mods so the injectors like westly said will be fine.

ok i did think it was a lil steep but that was i was told by the guy who did it in bristol but before i took it from the s3 it didnt even have any of those modifications, what can i do to up the bhp without having to change all the internals? would just like a little more

Stage 2 mods... FMIC, 3" downpipe, Badger5 80mm TIP and Jetex cone or panel filter... providing the engine and turbo are healthy that should get you to a decent figure... have seen just over 280hp before on such mods but as said, 300hp is unrealistic on a std S3 setup with out going to the extent Westy had...

thanks guys, rang the guy today who did the stage one and hes forwarding records over to me he told me it was mapped to 270

so now ive got all the stage 2 mods just not the stage 2 map looks like thats the next thing then
