Job Interview friday (could come in handy)

Well after lots of applications I have finally got an interview!

If i get the job it could come in handy as it's for tiere4less Leeds driving/fitting.

Cheers sandra, it's not paying what i'm used to but everyjob i have gone for so far has been fruitless, berrer than nothing and ill prob enjoy it.

Cheers, i'm 32 now and allways worked, I can't beleve how hard things have got, been made redundant 2 times since 2008! Anyway fingers crossed

Tell me about it lol, least I may (if i get the job) get some discounted decent tyres just before MOT time in sept lol.

And am planning allready (presuming I get the job) group/forum discounts etc, plus everytime I drove past there there has been a nice Audi A5 parked up there (presume its the bosses) so thats a good start lol.

Well one o clock came, I went had the interview, 5 others were busy filling in ap forms whilst I was there, so i diddnt think I stood a chance really.

The boss julian said he would let me know most likeley on monday. So that was me, I thought it went well but he reminded me of a strict teacher at times lol, but he was ok.

Anyway it got to 4:45pm I got a call and ...................




.................i got it! Start monday 0830!!!!!!!!!




I wasnt cheeky enough to mention discounts etc lol but i will do when i been there a bit, so I could be your tyre man!

Congrats, I've been to a few job interviews fairly recently and know how horrible they are. I've been happily working in my new job for three months now.

Congrats, I've been to a few job interviews fairly recently and know how horrible they are. I've been happily working in my new job for three months now.

Its like a massive weight off the old shoulders, things were just litrally getting really bad, this month was going to be the 1st I couldn't pay the direct debits and I was really worried and this job has just come at the right time.

Yes, I know what you mean. I was on the dole for about five months before I got this job, for a while I didn't think I was going to get another job ever.

I diddnt go on the social lol, should have done but i'm a bit proud in that way but thats my silly fault, I made my final wage (which was a bit extra to normal due to redundancy) last 3 months and last month doing odds n sods for peanuts and our lass helping a little been hard but got through it, back to my project outside soon yey hey! lol

Well done that man! Loads of people are in the position you were in.

The press need to stop banging on about our financial climate. It's putting people off of spended, which stops employers from employing. I'm
Self employed and really noticed how bad it gets. Luckily it's picked back up for me, short term at least

Well after no work for 4 months I have managed to get my **** up! I am sooo "tyred" <--------see what I did there?. lol

So plan of action before 1st day of work, freshen up done!, coffee, cig, coffee, cig, coffee, cig, get dressed, coffee, cig and go
