I just couldnt read that link. As a person, its bad enough, as a parent, its truly heartbreaking to know that some evil evil person did this to your child.

It's actually quite good to read as it shows how strong they have become and not let that monster destroy everything about there family, and how they have been helped by other parents grieving and loss by talking and letters they have got and what they have achieved to try to prevent this sort of evil happening again.

I cant believe its been 10 years already, I just cant see how the mind could be so twisted to actually go & even contemplate this kind of thing, sick fecker, should be made to suffer like in Taken, my missus calls me a little paranoid, but I'm more streetwise than her, so I know what kind of people are out there, why I pay so much attention to what my daughter is doing & going & she's only 23 months old, lol, she's mischievous.

I remember the trial. They had road blocks with helicopters and armoured patrols every morning and eve from Durham nick to Newcastle crown court.

I started to read the article, but couldn't, it just hurts too much to read something like that from the first comment the dad makes.

As a parent, to put yourself in their shoes even for a minute is painful!!

You & me both Nilz, in all honesty, I'd make sure I was put inside wherever they may be, to deal with the problem, like, was it the father of a child raped by some guy, cant recall exactly, but I know someone went down on purpose to get near to the person responsible.

he wont disappear, the dates are all held by press organisations, why do you think they know its 10 years... it will pop up in some junior reporters calender in 25 years "check ian huntley release status" then there will be a knee jerk review to is he is gonna be released
