I bought a set of Cup race car seem welded lower arms this morning, I just need to put new bushes in them and I can get them fitted :) Should keep the front end nice and stiff.

evening all!
been shopping today for jeans! got a result in about half an hour! bonus!
went into shop, tried jeans on, bought jeans happy days!
the mrs on the other hand, walked into 10 shops, tried stuff on, came home with nowt!
never ever am i shopping again with her for threads! its online shopping for her from now on! but saying that, everything she orders online has to go back because she does not like/fit into!
i give up!
i could have saved 3 hours of my life today if she had bought stuff online!

I tried a casual shirt on this weekend coz my tattoo keeps sticking to my t-shirts, but pretty much all my *** shirts are too small for me now :superman:

Back at work and its normal so far but with the addes lack of proper internet to make it even worse. :(

Should hear back bout the car today, so fingers cross.

2 of the 3 ASN boys turned up about 11pm and weren't really drinking. I did well to last till midnight after I put away my first beer just after midday :beerchug:

Chez/karl i agree our lass is a *** nightmare also. She spent all day shopping in manchester on saturday. I had to sit through the whole what you think of this one saturday night, then she took loads back yesterday ***!! I aint complaining tho as i traded some of her stuff in for trainers knvthe vans sale :yahoo:

Well iv just got to Avonmouth, pulled in for a butty and everyone sounds like scotg its funny as fk!!! ;)
 
Morning all,

After having a total lack of sleep this weekend as our cat has been throwing up over everything, a visit to the Vets this morning and his long term prognosis is better, his rear nerve responses are almost back to 100% which the vet said is amazing. He is having a couple on injections to sort out the throwing up issue.

Also bought a car over the weekend, so that A3 is being swapped next Saturday for a 9 month old Octavia Petrol VRS in Race Blue. 9K on the clock and apart from a few stone-chips immaculate inside and out. So no worries for me for the next 2 and a bit years, will be sad to see the A3 go, but won't be worrying about when the DMF or DSG develop an expensive fault.

Want something reliable that I can rely on.

Upgrade plans have started already, probably going to retro-fit the Columbus (RNS510 sat nav).

Did you ever find out what happened to the cat or did I miss that post?

I do like the vRS's mate and nice in that blue. I might be looking for A3 diesel's at some point but will only have a 55 plate 1.2 corsa to trade in so don't think I'll be able to get much :(

They think that the cat may have had a small bleed (brain or spine) that caused the nerve issue (rear legs not working properly). Original prognosis was probably a brain tumour. His recovery to this point suggest that isn't the case though.

I will miss the A3 no doubts but for 15K the Octy is a great deal, drives very well and will have warranty. Also the 2.0T has less issues than the diesel lumps (EGR, sooty Turbo vanes, injector issues and DPF) manual gearbox (cheaper to fix than DSG and less to go wrong). Looked at what I could get for the same money with the other VAG offerings and the VRS is the best deal for me at the moment.

So Thursday and Friday will be spent putting the A3 back to stock for the trade in, they gave me £4.5K for it.

I'll do a map, possible de-cat but that's it. I'm not going down the tuning route.
I would like a catch can though.
