Europe has the advantage of unlimited wheel availability. In US, we cannot get OEM Euro wheels unless we use Europrice or OEMPLUS. AUDI US dealerships cannot order Euro market only items. We can only buy reps. I always prefer OEM but am forced to buy reps. One thing I may say about the 5 spoke design by Hartmann is the concavity appeals to me. I loved the OEM 5 spokes until I saw the Hartmann's. Since I cannot get 19's in OEM, Hartmann's are a great option and are well made. I have not heard of a single problem with Hartmann products but others may have. I have ASN forum members who are more than happy to help me buy OEM but after the VAT and shipping, the whole transaction leaves me pale. Just my 0.02

Im going to fit the 18's Rotors on and see what they look like. If I prefer the BBS CK's then they will get refitted.....if not then the rotors will stay on........see what happens on Tuesday.

OEM's or rep's ?

couldn't get the RS3 grill :(, me not got enough funds, as i only bought the S3 grill about 3-4 weeks ago, hence my rings going white.
meaning I'll have 2 grills to move on. How you getting on with you grill? (gave you a plug earlier!)

Think you will like the Rotor's, especially if you drop the front. my springs have settled down at a height i like. not too low, just right.

Im still undecided at the moment  The 19's are fitted just now and without lowering it, the back end is rubbing going over mediocre bumps. If Im gonna keep the 19's I might just get the front end lowered with the Eibach springs........no rush though. Will make the decision after I take piccies of the Rotors fitted and compare the 2. I think the RS3 grill is being kept now.........:shutup2:

the grill should have been mine :ninja: another time... hopefully another will come up when i can spend some free ££££

Well I've just had a quote for 4 wheels to be refurbished by my pal that has his own surface finish company and being an ex Rolls Royce sprayer he's very good at what he does. 4 wheels refurbed and sprayed was just under £200.

Here's a pic with the CK's fitted. Will get afew pics with the rotors fitted tomorrow.

big decision that lad, as both set of wheels look brill.. think it might be a flip of coin

Shame they cost £800 each from the Replica wheels shop in Manchester called 'The Audi Parts Department'
.
Ouch £800 each :( could I pic ur brains n8? If I was looking at getting 19's what et/tyre size would you suggest for the 06 140 sport back I have? Not keen on lowering just cos it's an everyday car!!! Like I said b4 would 19's make it look odd? What u think?

Cheers n8, just saw 19" ck's in black and thought they looked swell, ;) it's Misano red so really fancy black or grey wheels.

Unfortunatley or maybe not! I found this when I was changing the brake pads! Deffo means a new spring but maybe just lower it after all!
