Hi Hubbo,
I have access to Elsa which will give a step by step guide on replacing the drive arrangement and pump, see sample below for my engine, send me your year, model, engine code and gearbox type and I will post the relevant sections on here for you

Sorry to barge in on this, but would you have the relevant information on Elsa on how to replace the injectors on a 2007 A4 TDI, fitted with a 16V PD TDI, engine code BRD.
A step by step guide would be a help, and the relevant torque settings would be fantastic.
Thanks.

have you not csalled the main dealers to check to see if its due a recall on them? my car was done a few months back all for free
Thanks for that.
Already had all 4 done in its life - had 1 done, then another 1 done then 2 through recall i believe, all before i owned it. Just waiting for Audi to inform me if its had all 4 done, when and where.
Been suffering starting problems when my car has not been used for a couple of days which i thought could possibly be fuel pressure related, hence the (hopefully not) need for the guide to replace the injector seals.
to me that points more towards air being drawn in somewere, ie leaky fuel filter / fuel pipe fitting on the low pressure side
I am going to have the gear driven oil pump replaced to 1.9 version any else had it done any issues ?
Hi,If it's starting to make noises and you've not had an oil pressure warning light on the dash. Do it before it actually goes
Will be replacement engine and or turbo if it fails while you're driving
It's not the biggest job to replace it ahead of time
Do you know what engine code yours is, BLB BKD?
