Question for those who have fitted Brembo's

Hi all,

I was getting a couple of part numbers off of ETKA today and stumbled across the splash shields for the bigger discs. This made me think do I need to fit them? Or would I just remove the old shield and run them without splash shields?

ive fitted a 3 or 4 of these kits at work a while back. we used to remove the splash guards.

Would this be worth doing on an OEM setup? also do the splash guards actually serve a purpose ie do they improve the braking in the wet??

Just stops them getting drenched I'd imagine. No point in removing them if you dont drive the car hard

If you do plenty of miles and never track the car, then leave them on. I do 4k max a year and attend the odd track day or two, so beneficial for me.
