AUX connection will this fit?

No it does have the cd changer though, is this how this is connected?

Cheaper one here:

looks like it would fit this (back of double din Chorus II+):

I think you may have to disconnect the CD changer connector & fit this in its place - don't you have the 'Aux' socket down by the cigarette lighter then?

Yes that'll clip into your quadlock harness and then plug into the back of your headunit. To get into the aux mode press the "CD" button twice, if nothing happens then you'll need VCDS to code it.

Oh hang on you said yours is a single din? From what I know the single dins don't have a quadlock and the link you've put up is to fit a quadlock unit

This is good to know. I'm going to try it for that price.

Thanks pricy

No, the single din does not support auxin directly, needs an intelligent device plugged in via the chnager connection afaik, quadlock units do have a direct auxin compatibility.

single din does not have quadlock.. agreed

get a dension gateway or something.. the gateway control/box dupes the head unit into thinking there is a cd changed connected. Thus, you only ever need to press the CD button to switch between CD and CD changer mode aka ipod connection. There are two versions available... one with no DIS support and one with DIS support. You can control your music from the head unit.

Check the dension website to see which one you need... I had mine installed by andymac... no probs to date... well has frozen once but pretty straight forward to re-set
