I believe I have the G version in mine and I can confirm it does have SDS.

the mk1 unit needs a firmware hack tro enable sds the mk2 gloss version g comes with sds

Uh no mate, G is not sds, think yours is a C or H Chris & afaik VAS cant make an rns into an sds version, but I will ask again as they use Odin now, not vas so much.

I can supply an sds unit if anyone is interested.

G version does not have SDS. However, it seems it can be retrofitted

Yes but there is some question over this as to the affects on the unit, if it needs sds reapplying when an FW update is done, as I recall another guy had the same thing done but was given a disk to use for fw updates to reapply & any detrimental affects on the unit.

Not allot of people have been very open about this method on the relevant forums, unlike with the mk1 process, so I'd be very weary atm, otherwise I'd offer the service instead of selling proper sds units, I need peace of mind for clients & myself knowing the unit wont have future issues.

Well, since I think that after G&H there will be no other RNSe versions, maybe there won't be other SW upgrades so no need to worry.

This maybe true, if not already, but I'd prefer to have the peace of mind when fitting for others mate, I dont need comebacks because of trying to save some money, the work I do must be 100% or I wont offer it.
