Is there a way of making these tyres and alloys fit

Hi would it possible to make some alloys and tyres off a jag XF fit my audi a3 1.6 sport 245/40R R19 ?

Whats the spec of the wheels? Offset width, and not with those tyres anyway.

They're jaguar caravelas, 5x108, 19x8.5j, with a 49 offset, or you can get 9.5j too.
