I just thought id introduce myself on a forum for once, lol
I am a south african audi enthusiast and a drive a 2008 phantom black s3.
Heres a list of my mods thus far and what i am planning next, we are a bit
slower in terms of modding here compared to what i see from the UK guys
so it might take me a while to get my car fully modded with all the goodies.
Current mods:
REVo stage 2 is currently loaded.
Custom flowtech 76mm downpipe
Forge intake with k&n filter and heat wrap
BSH pcv fix
H&R sport springs front and rear
Koni Yellow adjustable shocks
Powerflow 90mm exhaust tips
LED park and DRL lights
Carbon fibre vinyl on door pillars
Upcoming Mods planned for this month:
Autotech HPFP upgrade ( purchased just need to get someone to fit)
REVo stage 2+( to be loaded once HPFP internals are fitted)
Wotbox 2 stage
BSH throttle pipe
19inch RS3 Replica wheels with 10 mil spacers front and rear(similar to WArrenS3 on this forum)\
Future Mods later in the year:
ECS crank pulley upgrade
THS intercooler upgrade
Stage 2 pcv fix with catch can
RS4 fuel pressure regular
water meth of some kind
forge dumpvalve maybe..
The car has been running on stage 2 for about 6 months. I can feel that the pump is starting to fade now hence my decision to
upgrade it with the autotech internals.
I have run the car on the dyno recently and it made 207.1 wkw and 422 nm of torque, hoping to shoot up this figure with
2+.
I mght even consider going gt30 next year if all goes well with the finances.
Ja so thats about it for the intro, just as a note I am a fanatic and am interested in all aspects of modding and tuning so I will
be asking dumb questions from time to time, please forgive me in advance
