I got a lot of admiration for people who can draw coz even my stick men look sh!te lol

Those drawings are mint, how long did they take you?

Wow they are fantastic. You certainly have a talent there. Your people are soooo good. Deffo keep doing it.

You got skills. Im just like you started up drawing again after not doing it for ages, working on a massive mixture of basketball players, its taking alot longer than it used to when i was younger haha

Well done mate, the quality and detail you have there is excellent, fancy doing a drawing of my S3?? :)

Naw never, I dont think I could live with myself if I ever messed one up. Id maybe go as far as designing tattoos but not as far as ining them myself. lol so have you any ideas for me of celebs i could do? I'm actually doing the fonejacker caracter at the moment (the wooly hat one). :)

You missed one rather important bit of detail, he wears a Masonic Square and compass necklace

He's in to that freemasonry thingy?

Lol even better.... I freaking missed his freckles/ moley things. Lol

I did not want to say any thing cause like Jonny, my stick men look crap. lol

That is excellent. :)

Amazing mate, really appreciate the pic, for a first, it is mighty impressive...looking forward to more work from yourself dude...keep up the good work.

i used to be a bit of a doodler, but portraits are definately not my thing!
wentworth miller is my fav, very very good.
i take it you have a wide selection of pensils?
do you start with the light line work and marking areas for shading, then go in with dark shading and big areas of colour, then build it up tot the lighter shading, and lighter again before you finish by doing all the fine details?
you should get an electric eraser, brilliant for portrait work.

dude you are talented!!! nice work!!

bit of a request here,

could you draw me an oak tree about to come into leaf? small leaves?

the reason is im a tree surgeon, and my baby sons initials are O.A.K and really want a tattoo for him, i have been searching the internet for hours upon hours looking for one thats an actual oak tree or not cartoon like...

knoxie

no rush mate, its just frustrating when you cant find what you want, especially when its gunna be there for life!! and all you can find is cartoonistic doodles haha
wish i could draw like that!! real talent

knoxie

I only use 1 dark black, 1x grey and 1x light grey for all my work. then i use a smudger thingy that helps blend the pastel/charcoals together. Ive never used an electric eraser but I have just ordered on from Amazon this morning as it sounds like it will help me out alot specially with doing hair. :)

cheers

i first saw one being used in a total tattoo magazine where they had a famous artist do a tutorial on drawing portraits for people. and they used an electric eraser and it gave it more depth. it was impressive
