TT keeps cutting out

it starts ok,then at idle the revs jump up and down,if revede it cuts out.....vcds finds no faults?...........225 bhp 2000 year

Clean and reset the throttle body.

i did reset it and it was 'ok' i did not clean it though,probably will,next few weeks or so(my sisters car.....lives 90 miles away)

Yes it will trigger CEL, but it will go when you plug it back in
