Spring action day

I know VAG owners are there with a stand.
I'm not joining them this year. Having been to several of them I got sick of the terrible driving standards on track so prefer to invest my cash in a proper track day. The 'pay £30 to drive your car on track' is a nice idea but you get too many people who think they are Vettel when they don't know their a**e from their elbow. It's a shame as I think Combe is my favourite track.

Couldnt agree more with Jason, Combe action days are a great way to venture out on track for the first time to see if it's for you, but in terms of a proper track day, it's a complete shambles!
I'd still be there if I could though
but I'm working, and even if i wasn't, when an open pitlane day is usually around £120 for 8 hours on track, I couldn't justify paying £120 for just 4 15 minute sessions that are over crowded, badly marshalled, and full of nutters with no track etiquette!
Will definitely be at ADI though, because I like you lot

Lol love you to prawn!,i agree with the comments,price wise to much up to specific track day's.driving wise full of saxo's undertaking and causing mayhem,good to watch though,i was ment to be on the forge stand but car not quite finished.good day if you have balls on track,or mint to watch from quarry corner.and rain,il pay more to watch that.
You did get some great photo's last time,try and get some photos of my mate drifting if you fancy it,it's a white and blue nissan g35 skyline jdm garage.

Perhaps not a COmbe action day, but taking it out on track is the best way to learn a new car I reckon!

Thought you had better thing to do with your time,i meen that big thumb had you,lol,um im leaving now only had abit of time of work,and its overly wet,quarry corner is best,and drifting about to start,still good to watch.

So, I went along, and didn't see any of you lot apart from Oke Phil in his gorgeous MTM S3!
Really good day out, I only did one session near the end of the day as I didn't fancy risking the car on a super wet track.
Were you still around when I went out mark? Shame I didn't bump into you! Be great if anyone got any pics
Top day out in the end, Stupid busy though, I'd be furious if I had more than a few sessions booked as we were queing for an hour for our session! 3:15 session paid for and we hit the track at 4!

I was hoping for more crashes especially as they were allowing almost 35 cars per session out. It was quite scary watching the different driving talents alongside oneanother.
