Done 50 miles in the car now and due to do another 100 tonight and 100 at the weekend so I might have it run in before you lol

They teach j-turns and some other bits.
it was cheap on group-on. so thought it be rude not to do it.

Nice one Scott sounds like a laugh. Iv got a drift day coming up that the mrs got off group on. Was well cheap. Bout £30 I think. Not till later on in the year tho they where all booked up

There was a super car sample day. 3 cars, 1 lap each for £100 or 3 laps each for £130.

Damo, That be cool. I done the Rallying and the 4x4ing. Need to do drifting and I think I've done it all. lol
This is what my 3 hours on saturday will include. handbrake turns, 360 spins, high speed parallel parking, J-Turns

Dave, soon mate. I should hear back from Porsche today about delivery date and if its all in 1 delivery or many.

i got a free helicopter lesson last year! it was amazing!
the father in law won it on a raffle and is scaired of heights!, i nearly snatched his hand off when he offered it to me! lol
i only got to fly by myself for about 10mins though! the rest of the lesson was just a taster to show me the controls etc!
it was from newcastle airport and over newcastle city!
was very cool! tricky but cool!

*edit* thinking about it, it was more like a year and a half ago! lol where does the time go?

Scott that sounds mint. From what iv read the drift day is a few laps in some jap crap with an instructor then a couple of laps on your own. Then spend the rest of the day watching the pros go head to head. Should be a good day out. The stunt driving sounds like a good one. I did skid pad training years ago in an old mk3 escort on a dolly. Fk me that was hard work ad everything is so light due to the car being jacked up. Fun tho

Chez bet that was cool ad a freebee. Love choppers. Iv been in a lynx sim before that was fun. But bet flying the real thing is pure awesomeness.

Fred I'll keep a lookout for track days bud, get bombarded with email every day. That's the only downside to group on.
All still good with the minger ?? When's the mapping booked in for, you getting it done at bills ??

I think there is but they don't class it as racing. its class more as an experiences day.

The helicopter is amazing.
Last year I looking really hard at doing my pilots license cause the basic smallest 2 seater helicopter running costs the same as a range rover or just hire one.
But after looking at the total amount you spend on lessions, exams, books and how many flight hours you need to fly on your own during the day was mental.
So I gave up, I also refuse to do a test flight cause if I fall for it in a really big way I will spend all my money doing it.

If any thing comes up down here car related I'll post it up for you all to see, be great if you guys could do the same.
I got space for people to stay if any thing does come up down here for you.

Finally sorted out all the niggles on my cousins 8v! No more oil leaks and no more catching wheel arches whilst taking corners at speed!... spent more time on this beast than my own mk2!!

Looks much better clean also.

I knew someone would spot these! I have some spare rust free doors with Audi 80 door handles to go onto this car.... once I figure out how to get the mechs to work.

It's not a bad car for 180k miles!

It does that mate.
For some reason the powers that be has given us a time limit on the editing of our posts.
Its kind of gay really but thats the way it is.
Its just a good thing that we have friendly mods Like SarahA3, MrV and Quattrojames thats willing to help us out by editing our posts.
