iv just got my self some devil eye headlights at a good price now iv been told i mite need a 25 watt resistor for the leds is this rite if so could some please send me a link so i know witch one to buy many thanks

Welcome. Maybe one of the guys will be able to advise you on this. Take a quick look in the faqs section, im not sure there is anything in there to help you though. Have you tried doing a search on the site or google?

What sort of DRL's did you get? I'm looking for some at the moment too for my A3, possibly the black R8 type.

Anyways, I'm pretty sure that you don't need any sort of resistor. It should be simple plug and play (that's if you got the ones I'm thinking of)

If you picked up some from china or something then I'd be very wary..

Best thing is to ask the person you bought them from as they should be able to tell you.

I'm unsure what devil eye headlights are but resistors are measured in ohms not watts.
Its also very unlikely to be 25 ohms as that's a very very small figure for resistance.
