As the title suggests really, what you got and whats your opinion of it.

Ive currently got FK Highsport Silverline Edition coilovers fitted. I chose them as they were immenseon my old mk2 20vt. However i dont know whether im getting old or what but theyre just not cutting the mustard on the S3. Far too firm for the roads where i live and instead of blasting down the B roads im cringing for the next bump!

So ill be moving over to a more compliant shock and spring combo with a modest 25-30mm drop. They will have 400+bhp pushing them along so any options for that power preferred. Ill be giving Damian @DPM a buzz soon also

I can only speak for my set up which is Koni FSD shocks and H&R springs. It is firm but not crashy at all, I would definately recommend the set up

Bilstein B8's and Eibach springs reaconed by many to be to best setup for the S3 and I have to say I love them to bits on mine since fitted last August a very effective upgrade over standard.

Got Eibachs fitted the other week on standard springs feels good heres a picture of mine

dropped a bit lower in the rear compared to the front but im hoping it levels out once the springs are broken in!

Cheers so far, ill look into them! ;)

I am going to go for the Bilstein B12 kit at some point soon as the OE dampers are shot and the ABT sportline springs won't last another MOT.

Theyre at the top of my list, but theyre damn £££££

Agreed, but worth the investment. Keeping my eyes peeled for any special offers, current best price I've seen is around the £625 mark.

These are on my shopping list for this year, so please let us know how you get on and what the ride height looks like afterwards

there are quite a few of us on here with Bilstein B8s and either H&R (25mm) or Eibach (30mm?) and we all swear by them. I have the H&Rs and they are great but i have heard that the Eibachs not as hard as the H&Rs... so maybe the Eibachs would be better for you if you chose a similar route...?

Tuffty and I run b8's and Apex springs, great combo
