Hi guys
When I put my armrest up ( like when I use the cup holder) then put it back down it pushed straight down to the hand break.
I have tried lifting it back up and lowering down but I can't get it to lock in to place.
Can anyone help
thanks Nally

Try to release your handbrake and then push your arm rest all the way down.
Mine is like that, it will not lock unless the handbrake is down a bit.

Yeap all way back & then down to position you want, audi cant make up there damn minds as the B6/7 had the button version for lowering, but only with phone prep which for me is stupid, 8L had button, but 8P the stupid lift system which as my armrest is full of crap is a nightmare.

Mine used to be a right pain and always used to refuse to lock in place. I pulled off the 2 side covers and gave it a good dose of WD40 and now it works perfectly.

How do you guys like your armrest?

I have mine the first lock position from the handbrake

I wouldnt want a car without one to be honest!

I have it all the way down when driving but always lift it up to first notch before applying handbrake - routine habbit after owning A3/S3 last 5 years!

Anyone know of where i can get an leather armrest lid for less than £70 delivered?

Audi Leeds want £77 and Lincoln Audi on eBay want £70!

Surely there's other people that can get them cheaper?

I'm only replacing the current one i have because the clip is nackered!

Thanks

Check your nearest TPS outlet and see what they will do it for - garuntee it will be under £70

Sorry for being a little slow but who are TPS?

Can you give me a link or a number thanks Boydie.
