Is there a list of abreviations anywhere for newbies?

Whats -

RNSE
MFSW - (My first steering wheel or something i think :think: lol )

AMI

Trying to understand whats needed to go from audi concert to having Bluetooth handsfree, and in future a sat nav system added?

Please help!!!!
 
RNS-E is the radio/cd with satnav

MFSW - multi functional steering wheel.
 
AMI - Audi Music Interface (iPod and mp3 player connection , displays track info)

You may also see everyones favourite FBMFSW - Flat bottomed MFSW

If I was being really petty I'd say they were acronyms not abbreviations, but I'm not so I won't :D

Does anyone know then if you only have audi concert, you can fit bluetooth, and if so how much is it the OEM one? Been told a variety of prices, some utterly mental!

You can fit the Factory OEM Bluetooth to any stereo, just need to connect up the wiring. You can also buy aftermarket kits such as a Fiscon, which I highly rate, but if you're looking to get the RNS-E also then I'd go for the OEM Factory option as it'll integrate with the RNS-E nice.

I charge £320 all in for OEM Bluetooth.

I thought acronyms were words like NATO, NASA, RAF, and REME etc, where the first letters of each word form an actual word when combined? I could be wrong though. :wub: xx

then all of the above are acronyms then!..........

abreviations are words like Aug for August Dec for december and shagin for intercourse lol

If you're fitting yourself you can may be able to get the parts off eBay for around £150-£200.

Theres always aftermarket kits. Google Xcarlink.. they're cheap and cheerful ;)
