I see, just seen the Horn relocation...

As for the bar in the middle, ciouldnt see any info on that, i guess it has to be removed.. ill look tommorow and see how, thanks

Yeps... remove the brace bar as you have to cut the bumper bar anyway and it won't fit once you have done that and relocate the horns to the side...

Fitted my FMIC today.

I found the job quite a ballache.. but got there in the end..

Ive taken a slightly different approach to Spartstractor and Welly, In the fact i use a 45 degree 76-63mm reducer on the passenger side and drivers side (i may change this tommorow if the bumper doesnt sit nicely.)

Pics below.

As im a bit of a num nuts i order 2 lots of eveything. and now i have a complete set of silicone hoses and pipes to fit this cooler left over if anyone is doing this anytime soon.. i geuss im your man for parts :/

anyway..

I got as far as fitting the bumper and stopped as it got dark.. by holding it up i know its got to be cut alot. i just dont know how much.

Ill find out tommorow.

What do you think guys?

I have since trimmed the silicone hose to the boost pipe. (I use two 45 degree bends to make the upper boost pipe.)

I think the drivers side may be a problem and need trimming trial and error.

hi ryan well mine turned up today and iv not ordered the hoses yet and could do with some asap can u pm a price thanks iv try pming u but wont let me thanks mate

Thanks buddy, I tried PMing you too, seems the site is down on the side of things?

I think id be breaking forum rules posting on here about it too, so Ill put it in classifieds for you. be on in 5

Looking at that, I would say there's not a chance of getting you fogs back in. You gave basically done it like the forge setup I think.

Trimming wise you will be best pushing the bumper on the seeing where it fouls, on mine it was on the edges of the centre grill. You can make them alot thinner without ruining the look of the grill

Personally, I think the 90 degree off the cooler option looks much beater.

Yours works obviously, but I think the 90 degree option is neater and the pipes seem to sit more naturally.

Pass side on yours looks neat, but the drivers side looks like the hoses are forced into position.

Still, it'll work, and you'll have epic Wellycooler cooling power, so all will be well :)

Let us know how it looks once the bumper is back on :)

I fitted one yesterday using 45 degree bends etc and I would say your driver side 45degree silicone off the cooler need twisting up then the alloy 45 twisted further round it needs to look more like your passenger side, your gett a much better fit and it'll be a lot tighter.

Just for reference I phoned mr silicone to place the order and they wanted £138 delivered, I ordered it on line on eBay and it cost £84 delivered. Huge variation in prices and so much cheaper off eBay than buying direct

In the end i gave in and went the same route as sportstractor. it was easier for refitting of the bumper.

Here are some pics of the bumper on .. its still not sitting perfectly as the sides are being pulled down somewhere but id like to take it back off next weekend to sort that once ive bought a tool to trim my bumper.

I think it looks quite smart althought i wanna try and hide the clips.

Let me know what you think :)

just deleted some mails buddy..

sportys tractor mines the same in theory, only i mounted it further back with the brackets so not as far forward as yours.. can you tell?

really? as my cooler was pushed right back to the plastic bit around the radiator?

the pipes do look like they dont stick out as far.

You managed to keep the fogs mate? Also who made the brackets?

no worries.

just pm'd dave about the brackets to see iff hell make me some :).

Ye mate think he will do Just make shore u don't chop too much off the crash bar is I only tuck a bit off so it's still realy tight and had somat to bolt to

I want everyone who's fitted one of these to have a sticker in the back window saying 'Give it some Welly'.
