Following on from my worries with a boost leak, it was simply the top hose had split.

So after clearing fault codes and a new piece of tubing - 1/2 tank off Momentum - went for a drive


Anyone seen the new Beetle? Looks like a Audi TT from the back - but it was giving it the treatment last night, overtook....


Looked down 5100 rmp - 128mph! and still pulling...reckon i could easily get into the 130 +

TBH i'm sure it would do more than 130 without too much trouble. The book figure on a standard 1.8T A4 is about 140mph, so a tuned A3 should easily see 150+

Glad u enjoyed the drive but be careful about ur speed mate, that's why I'm getting my car ready for a track day more fun there then having a day in front of a judge mate

Posting on youtube is pretty retarded as they have video proof, but I can't see that the others would stand in a court of law.

Basically - start at the Peugeot Garage side of the roundabout, and you can judge both traffic from A27, and incoming to Chichester.

It's Straight 1/4 mile from standstill, til the "duck" sign by the caravan park on your left to bognor A259. Great place to open up.
