It's looking good! You just need a tyre sealant to get it looking black. G-techniq T1 ;)

Looking back at a few of them pictures you took more components off than I did when I did mine, like your discs and one of the link/steering arms but just glad you have done it, it looks ace decked in those first pics but truly as a day to day car it would never last, what a shame lol

looks awesome, whats the ride like now though?

i look at mine and think do i want to sacrifice the comfort for asthetics?

sore subject tha mate lol basically the top pinch bolt snaped and was praticaly welded in the ally arm took 8 hours plus to drill and hammer it out the passenger side was 40 min to change over thas y everything was removed was wondering who be the first to notice lol the other side only remove 3 bolts and top mount 3 and its job done.

it is every day thas y it had to raised up from the first pic of it on the floor ride is nice better than s line the mrs thinks think the anti roll bar may be knocking on sub frame so new bushes or moding required but other than tha she great

Dam boy, that's not good, I know it took me and my old man about 3half hours to do the drivers side front corner, but that's coz we were ******* about getting that nut out that holds the two top suspensions mounts pins in, once we'd figured out how to do it then it was far easier doing the passanger side(1hour) but the back was still just as hard as there is no room to work in lol but I'm sure you know all about that

With a decent coilover setup, you'll not be sacrificing too much comfort at all.

ive got a dtm a4 (same as sline susp. or uprated, im not sure) but in either case its a pretty stiff ride already so am hoping coilovers wouldnt have a massive impact on ride quality

I've got Koni adjustable dampers set to soft on my coilovers and they so much more comfortable than the std shocks

looks well that mate, want mine sitting decent now lol

Just bought my b7, it's been lowered and has yellow springs fitted like the picture above. Anyway, pulled the front end off to do the belts this weekend and the tyres have worn the shoulders on the inside. Anyone think its related to the fact it's lowered or just tracking?

you will need the car tracked when you lower a car u change the geomatory show if the previous owner didnt get it tracked tha would explain your tyre wear take to a good four wheel tracking place and they should sort it for you no probs
