I believe it's different headlight shape and also requires different bonnet ( and possibly wings )

If you do a search on facelift mods or similar then you will find hundreds of threads answering the question.

Bonnet
Bumper
Grille
Fogs
Fog surrounds
Headlights
Both wings
Wing mirrors with indicators
Some wiring for the headlights
And a lot of money!
