Hi folks is there one on my audi a4 03 sport?

Have i missed something? lol

I cant seem to find a button for the above.

I had one on my Mk4 Golf.It was on the end of the wiper stalk.

Thanks in advance guys.

DIS Driver Information System isn't standard fitment on Sports. Have a search for DIS retrofit if you're interested in having one.

like what james says, its not standard spec oddly!
i was a bit gutted to notice mine didnt have this , but my friends se did!
it turns out (like everything audi) these were on the options list and sadly never selected!
but all is not lost as the actual workings for it are there in your car already, all that is required are the relevant wiper stalk with the computer function buttons to replace the one you already have, (saloon or avant?) as one has a rear wiper function, fit it then get somebody to earth a connector in floor well area for low level screen wash, then plug in vagcom to identify and recognise the new wiper stalk with computer function buttons on the end!
from audi parts dept these stalks are aprox £80 or you could try and get a second hand unit!

Its daft it does not come as standard considering the car cost over 20k new, my se does have it as standard along with cruise control. I bought a stalk off ebay for £20 a while ago, very good quality , set it up with vcds and did the mod with the wiring behind the speedo and it worked great, well worth doing

It was all to do with the different spec levels at the time, SE gave you cruise/dis, sport gave you lower suspension/better seats etc....

You also need to make sure you have the right steering wheel control unit to configure DIS and/or cruise.....

Hi folks cheers for the replies.

The steering wheel i have in question is a 3 spoke.

And I drive a Saloon. So it looks like either Ebay or a breakers yard for me.

I don't think the stalks are that much new. Its not so much the steering wheel itself as the control module behind it, have a look in the part numbers sticky thread and it tells you the part number you need for DIS.
