a4 b5 avant lowering help please

i am on about lowering my a4 b5 1997 1.9 tdi avant ither 30mm or 35mm with shocks and springs as my back shocks and springs are soft as fu** when you put 2 people in the back the towhitch hits speed humps so time to sort that out asap has any one got any seconhand ones on here or does any one know of any sets for about 150 ,180 as i dont want to spend loads thanx dan
