Fitting FK AK STREET - URGENT HELP - in the middle of fitting

Hiya guys, got my bro in law in the middle of fitting my coilies but the car is getting higher not lower!!
No instructions came in the box but hes fitted the springs with the writing the right way up - please can anyone help

You must be winding the adjusters the wrong way.

Sorry guys, didn't actually get home til midnight last night - didn't get finished til then - there was niggle after niggle after niggle

All done and looking brilliant though - there was a issue with one standard rubber part that needed trimming that didn't help the height and I suspect they were getting wound the wrong way because the husband (non mechanic helper) never told me either way what 'sorted' it - they probs felt a bit daft
