Jim the torque curve just seems really weird, peak torque is really late on, and theres no early plateau... Whats the boost doing in this range?
Looks like hes put the photos into a private album!
That link takes me to a blank page.... Booo.
Ahhh well.
No idea, i've never used albums on here.
l'd just upload it to photobucket or image shack instead!
These turbos are just so hit and miss, i would be ****** had i spent all that cash and ended up at 305hp!

Forum whore turbo ftw
I can see the pics, always have been able too since Jim first posted them. perhaps it's because I'm special?
I've spent all the money too kev and I'll end up with even less power!
I'm fairly sure though, that like me Jim is limiting boost until he has rods to cope with the turbo's full capability
heres my best run i had at bills, was running some crazy boost
i ran on the rolling road day but intake temps killed my runs (60 degrees) not good . i have now changed my intercooler for a much better setup
westy just looked at your graph and you have some serious torque fair play

I think it's down to my 6 month old K04. Most people have old tired K04s and when they refurb them they get them hybrid. That's the only thing I can think of creating the clutch eating toque.
im loving danes torque plot on his s3! consistent for about 3000 rpm.
Cheers Bud, not particularly high figures but its there for relatively aggges
better than a spike that last a split second in my opinion
