Ok so last post today haha. I'm getting my alloys refurbished over next few weeks. Yellow dtm. Shall I do anything with calipers? Change colour? Paint black? Any ideas welcome. Thanks

I painted my calipers black, the rust colour wasnt really doing it for me lol. I also painted the hubs silver whilst I was at it. Maybe you could paint your hubs to match the wheels?

I did mine body coloured and they look good, I'd be hesitant about going yellow though!!!

I painted calipers black & added s line badge........ why not paint black and add DTM badge??

Does the badge stick well enough or did you stick it using something else?

The decal is designed to be fitted to brake calipers...... put them in place and then applied a couple of coats of clear lacquer.
They have been on nearly 12 months..... and still look the same as when first applied.
Even withstands jet wash!

The company I got them from were off the bay; Supergraphicsf1

I'm sure if you spoke to them they could supply DTM decals.

Must admit the black does look good. The original colour was silver. Do Hammerite do a matt silver?
I'm wondering to do it or not.....hmmmmmmm

I was just checking your signature Nathan. How did you go about doing the RS4 fog grille surrounds?

I'll tell you now that you have agreed to paint your calipers red :sm4:

Richardesty did hem but he made it look straightforward. Some replica RS4 mesh off ebay and hen dremel it to fit into the back of the S-Line grille's. A bit of black mastic and voila.

Must admit the black does look good.

Thanks... that's why I did them black...... considered other colours, but thought it would look out of place on a black car. I wanted a clean (non rusty) look that blended in, rather than stand out.
