I've had mine.
I told my manager that I don't have a clue and the fact that this job has no projects really, no end goal, no chance of progression and the fact that our contract is coming an end, I find it very hard to have any goals for 2012 since there is a very high chance we wont see the end of it in this current role.
She gave me the standard crap of paper work on time, good time management, completion of calls with in SLA, looking out for the customer. all allot of ****** really.
