Hi all. I have these lights on my car and I know they are self levelling but i think they are a tad low. I can only see 15-20m in front of me and tgey hardly light up signs. Any suggestions would be great. Thanks.

Be careful or you'll ****** up the auto levelling. I believe you should only adjust them whilst using VCDS or similar.

Cheers scotty. A trip to the thieves it is then. Lol

No mate, someone with vcds can do this for you & a friendly bodyshop/mot bay with a lense to get them straight, whereabouts are you?

Newcastle mate. Just recently bought the car from Audi so hopefully they will sort it cos they are nice ppl lol. Do you have this car? If so when you put squirties on with lights on do your stalks come out all the time with no water? Catch me drift? I think mine squirt 1in5 washes but the stalks come out everytime? Just wondering lol!

They should only raise through the water pressure anyway, maybe getting blocked, have a closer inspection by grabbing a family member & turn jets on & grab one when it pops out, be careful not to stress them when holding, maybe get a toothbrush & give a good clean, speculative but worth a try.

Well had the car in today and they said its spot on and they get asked this question all the time. Ah well.

I had my xenons changed early on cos they were juddering.the replacements appeared to only project the same a slines, so i went back and they adjusted them higher.no i can blooody see where im going!Go back!

Well guess what. They said they were spot on and NOW they are......must be the Audi fairy lol!!! Bellends!!

Sounds like they were physically correct but the electronic movement could have been out of calibration.

Perhaps they didn't measure them before, ran the tests (which recalibrate it) and then checked afterwards giving it the thumbs up.

To be honest, if a punter came in saying they weren't correct I wouldn't bother checking before either.....but I would have given the feedback that "I've recalibrated them and now they're fine".

They are fine now, the light is at the bumper level on the car I'm following. Perhaps Audi don't want to admit when they are wrong witch to me is childish....nevermind it's sorted so :)
