Hi i guys/girls i was wondering if any of you had a boost pressure gauge fitted in your S3 as i have seen people fit them in the air vents and was wondering 1) if any one has done this and where did you get the gauge from 2) what are your opinions on doing this

NewSouth do a pod that fits on the steering column.

Podi do ones that fit in the air vents.

Most go to about 1.5 or 2 bar.

what about this one ? its cheap and looks ok how could you get it to fit in your vent cheap tho ?

that pod looks decent, anyone got a link to a decent boost gauge?

The NewSouth guages are perfectly decent,as well as compact and accurate.

In the other forum I think.

I'd need to have a look.

What is the opinion on the smart phone diagnostic apps that connect to your OBD port?
They display boost, etc.

PLX Kiwi Wifi - Connect your iPhone / iPod Touch to your car's OBD2 OBDII Port.

Has anyone had experience with these products?
How accurate are they? They do connect to your OBD so they should be receiving real-time accurate data shouldn't they?

Feel free to point me in the direction of other thread where this has been covered.
