I could not sleep that much, its such a waste.

I think I have sorted out my home network.
Media laptop done and set up, web cam connected and working, Misses laptop connect and working, Stupid big XP laptop up and running, Phone connected, tablet connect. all devices are now able to stream, copy, connect, remote and any other things I need them to do. WooHoo
Need to get my PC sorted and i'm complete. :)
 
Morning guys! Yes I know it's past 1pm but I just woke so its morning for me :p
Spent yesterday working on the car fitting in the new dumbo mirrors. Got too cold and dark so I didn't bother wiring it up, beside I need to order some more repair wires. Updated my blog, found some cool mods that I posted up on the 8p forum and then fell sleep about 1.30am.
Spending the day with the gf today, going to watch Sherlock Holmes so that should be good.


Fred forget boxing mate. UFC is what you want to watch, I saw UFC 140 on Friday night... One guy had his arm snapped and broken, it was gruesome!

well im ****** off. all my GT5 data is on my old ps3 thats knackered and the hard drives arent interchangable.
so, i've started from scratch. i had gotten so far too and had a great selection of audis.

first car i bought today is a civic type R ek. 229hp, and i've made it as light as poss, 972kg. im gonna keep it N/A but get a bit more power out of it. it handles amazingly.

westy, what car should i save for to race you with?
 
am feeling you karl! I lost all my data also when my old phat ps3 died of ylod as all data was protected and wouldnt transfer from usb memory stick! You want a evo karl the first one on left in dealers i forget what model but the cheapest flavour me and fred were using

I was going to disagree about the northern tag, but even Fred is a northerner to you. It must be a southerner thing, you just think you're too cool for us don't you?!
 
nahhh.
I feel i'm crap at racing games, so will get shown up, i'm not a fan of racing games and I can't see a need for me to spend £300 on something that i'll play every now and then.
 
just spend some money scott! and buy a ps3 you crazy southern deep fried red neck scrumpy slurping bent thumbed grass chewing country yokel! will ya?

Well.. I got told to drive as far away as I could at work today... I spent an hour testing some new walkie talkies and got payed for the fuel... Honestly can't complain, love every opportunity to go out in my a3... Although every time I put my foot down it makes me want a remap..

thanks mate! im trying to get as much as i can on there... its sort of a build thread at the moment, in story format. Im going to at some point get the stuff from there and make a build thread on here.

also need to add my xbox hacking and iPhone stuff... as well as my mac and pc hack/fixes.
 
is the pioneer head unit compatible with the bose speakers though? i believe they work on 2ohms impendance? not 4, 6 or 8 like "normal" speakers.............
 
they are perfect! when i bought the system i asked the question in the audio shop cos i heard that bose had this 'popping' problem on aftermarket systems but the audio store guy said there is now an adapter that makes it work perfectly.

i have never had a problem with the unit and the Bose, its actually sounds better in the pioneer and responds better to the pioneer EQ. I somehow still have a slight GALA thing (where it gets quiet as the engine slows down) when i am listening to the sound system on a quiet volume setting (anything around 5-6)
 
Just been over ro your blog Ash. Looks nice with the s-line kit, ever thought about going high gloss black on the grill surround ? I reckon it would look the nads. Looking fwd to sone xbox hacks :thumbsup:
