ASN's Pub

My day consisted of wash, clay, wash again, DAS-6 and 3m combo, IPA wipe over, a spray wax, then a liberal covering of dodo-juice banana armour, and another spray wax to finish it all off. Apparently i'm weird? But who cares cos now my car shines like the balls on your christmas tree!

Thanks lads, nice to know i am still normal. After i finished the heavens opened and now i bet the missus is driving it through every puddle she can on the way to work! She just can't understand that i need to prepare for winter as its just a ****** car apparently. Don't know how i managed to persuade her to get it in the first place, she wanted an A4 convertible!
 
Women tend to have no or very little mechanical sympathy and understanding of cars like we do.
Which I guess can be a good thing cause we got our own little world that they can't join in or bug us on. :D
 
She soon wants me out there when theres a funny light flashing. She thinks putting pics on here is weird too, but she'll tell everyone what time she had breakfast and the contents of her sh*t on facebook! Anyway enough of the woman bashing, she's good at what she does.:eyebrows:
 
I had a very strange drive home from football tonight. People cannot drive in the wet and the dark!

Starts off in the leisure centre carpark. Out of a carpark of around 40 spaces there was only 4 cars there. A woman come in to park and picks the only space with a lamp post behind it. She reverses up, bang, straight into it.

As i leave the carpark I get a car that swerve onto my side of the road to go around a parked car. The car was barely sticking out of the designated bay on the side o the road but this person must have thought their car was super wide. They got the horn treatment.

200 yards down the road and I reach a T-junction. I want to go left. As I approach, a motorbike followed by a transit van completely chop the corner of the junction, again coming onto my side of the road! They got the frantic waving treatment.

A bit further along my journey and I join a dual carridge way. I come to people swerving across both lanes and people sitting in the fast lane doing 60mph with nobody in the slow lane!

I also saw the AA out in force tonight. 3 broken down cars in total. 1 was being slowly towed along the road and kindly pulled over to one side to make it easier for the cars behind to over take. I was about 5 cars back and we all overtook on a straight. There was a car starting to come the other way as I made my move an I had plenty of time with the acceleration the old girls got. The car behind me however decided to follow when there was clearly not enough time! I saw the approaching car in my rear view mirro have to break and swerve towards the curb.

Idiots everywhere. Rant over

Time to be honest and tell them what I think about this place.
Lets see if I get to keep my job after.
 
Ask them for more work and less money Scott, that'l break the ice. what is your job? Work is pretty slow for me at the moment, hence being on here

But then we all went off to different places to talk our crap. :)

We can try and bring it back.

I had my chat and I was very open and honest and asked for a pay rise cause my pay sucks.

See what happens over the next couple of months.

Its winter mate.
I bet everyone is hibernating or rushing round like headless chickens trying to get Christmas crap sorted out.
The forum does seem to be quiet and lacking some regulars.
