oh my god WHY!! that looks hideous in my opinion, they ruined the car. Why would anyone choose that over the other lovely colours like the sprint blue,pearl black, solar orange, imola yellow or just the ibis white etc i also like that purple they have too. They will have to lower the price heavily to shift that! lol Not my cup of tea at all.

There are some cars like lambo's that can carry off strong colours like green; e.g.:

I'm not convinced the A3 is one of those statement cars that can carry it off.

The Clio was available in a similar colour, and whilst I wasn't keen on it, I didn't find it as unpleasant as the S3 in this thread:

I agree the more exotic colours on the Lambo look good because it suits the car and lambo is meant to make a statement. However not on ordinary non-supercars!

there is a right ugly mk1 TT that parks right near my work place in Matt black with (get this you lot are going to love it) red audi rings (front and rear), red wiper spoilers, and other red accents on the car.

Hmmm I'm a sucker for green and I like some of the others on here would know how to get the best of out it....we were considering ordering an RS3 in Java Green such as this but in the end Andrew chickened out and went with ibis :

I like it, the A3 looks good in bright colours. Very similar green to that of the 997 GT3.
