Does anyone know what the Co2 emmissions are for my car?

Should find the details on your log book mate.

I think mine is Group F on the DVLA's website (141-150g/km)

Strange... the DVLA website says that mine is 156g/km and is £165 pa.

Interesting ! I have just checked again and it is definitely stated as 150g/km and the tax reminder indicates £130 pa which I have just paid !

My Sportback was registered in 2005 but is a 2006 MY with 2.0 Tdi 140 BKD engine so I can't imagine there is any difference between the two.

I presume it's a BKD engine ? If so, I wonder if the emissions were re-evaluated at a higher level after my car was registered ? It was actually registered in August 2005 ( 05 ) but, as I said, is definitely a MY2006 as indicated in the VIN.

Yes its a BKD engine, 57 plate MY08, taxed it last month when i bought it and was surprised how much difference there was with the Peugeot. Mine is an S-Tronic so don't know if that makes a difference to the emissions? I thought the DSG gearbox was supposed to be more economical (so you'd think lower emissions) than the manual version.

That's it then ! Agent_Trig's car is also DSG and 156g/km so the DSG model must have higher emissions. QED :thumbsup:

Just checked on the DVLA and mines listed as 154g/km. Those 4g/km cost an extra £35 then, rip off! lol

What mines like £115 is it a quattro with dsg?

No Quattro, Just FWD, but it looks like you have the newer CR engine in yours, mines the last of the 8p2 PD engines
