John Terry's sister filmed on a tram...

The media black out (no pun intended!) of the fact this woman has been remanded in custody is a disgrace, but speaks volumes about how fearfull the 'establishment' are of the reaction.....

How quiet is the story of the 3 Muslim girls who got drunk and then attacked a white girl in a racist attack, and were let off prison sentences because of their religion? Because they were Muslim they were not used to alcohol, so that makes it "unfair" to imprison them for a racist attack.

She was remanded for her own protection I think.

That is bogus.......... She is now a political prisoner,, remanded for her 'anti-establishment' rant against muticulturalisum...
That is the long and the short of it.

In a free Country you don't get remanded in custody (for any length of time) for your own protection..... You should be 'given' protection.. A-la Salmon Rushdie...?

Interesting that I tend to watch the news in the morning and the evening, and supplement this with the occasional check online yet I hadn't even seen any sight of this.

Our friendly nighbourhood media love to sensionalise racism, but generally in one direction. Most seem to choose to avoid reporting on it as a priority issue where an attack goes against a white national (probably believing that they might be seen to be fuelling or insighting nationalism).

However transpose the story for cases where someone of ethnic denomination is attacked, and it is over-reported and sensationalised to a point where they almost milk the goodwill and sympathy from the audience as they over analyse and ham up the despair factor .

The way the press, the legal system and our Govt. manage either side of these hot potato issues is so disparate, one sided and inconsistent that they risk dividing a society that could quite comfortably accept multiculturalism if it was handled in a balnaced, fair and reasonable way with consistency across the board.

It seems (and this is said with no malice as I have many non white UK based friends / acquaintances), doing anything other than taking a soft line is almost no longer an option (for girls like these who committed this crime) as our social and justice system seems determined to apply laws with a factored in consideration for your colour or religion rather than applying blanket law that applies to anyone irrespective of religion or denomination, and that is the greatest failing for success of building a multi-cultural society you could ever put in place. Like seriously, what utter cnut determines it's OK to abuse anyone because your not used to booze. Say they'd killed her. If someone did this to the daughter (assuming he has one) of the person who passed these sentences would the penalty have been the same? I think these old duffers live in such leafy green hamlets away from the harsh reality of the 'real world' they have little connection to reality, relevence and become de-sensitised to the job so when someone takes a kicking they get the fine book out. There is probably an unspoken rule that you pass a minimum senstence where there is a risk of any backlash as why would they choose to risk their cushy careers for the sake of a strong decision that only affects one family.

You have to wonder if it is just that we're ruled by idiots who employ outdated laws via the medium of pensionable out of touch legal practitioners who put their reputation above true justice, equality, fairness or respect for human beings who seemingly try to do the right thing. If you're in the wrong every chance is afforded to you, if you generally tow the line they throw the book at you. It's all fecked, just like the banking system, and these outdated establishments are in desperate need of radical reform.

Just read the story and watched the video on that Muslim attack... im disgusted! I myself am Muslim but in no way should those 4 girls have gotten away with it! they deserved Jail for what they did and no excuse of religion should stop that! yes it is Haraam for us Muslims to drink... Haraam means FORBIDDEN! so the fact that those girls were drunk on its own is against the Islamic law so then why should they be allowed suspended sentences??

I personally have never touched a drop of alcohol out of respect for the religion, many of my friends drink and i have nothing against that... i regularly join friends at bars and pubs though i personally dont drink... if however i did drink and then did something reckless like that i would expect to get the same punishment as i would have had i not been drunk!

Salman Rushdie was protected from threats made against him - she is accused of a crime, therefore is a defendant, her only protection comes from a remand.

Sorry to bring this back to life,,,,, but here is the 'exact' reversal of the original post.

I suspect no one here will have heard of it, but more importantly it gives everybody a chance to see if she is persecuted in the same way as the original subject of this thread.......... I suspect not! We shall see............

Personally, as with the white lady, I do not think, in a sane and civilised Country, you should be in danger of going to prison for a rant!

However if the rules are to be applied 'equally' then that's where she should end up....!

Anti White Racism: A Case To Answer | National News | British National Party

As you say it is an exact reversal of the original vid that was shown and I do agree with you, I dont think anything will happen with this, even more so that its about the same sort of time as the riots last year, this could easily be the trigger to start it all off again.

I dont agree with racism in any form, whether its anti black/asian or white.

I believe in whats right and I dont think the original vid was right and nor do i agree that this one is either.

We live in a country of 65 million, there are bound to be some nutters out there.

That's just sick... Don't know the backgrounds to the case but does look like a clear cut case!
I'm Asian myself :sly: .. I've been called plenty from people but as sad as it is I'm more likely to be called a p**i from a Pakistani... Sick but true! :what:

So she has been arrested then......whatever next??

So she has been arrested then......whatever next??
Apparently so.......... But hasn't been remanded in custody yet...!

Can't understand why it isn't all over the news, like the other one...?

However, I still think it's obscene that anyone should be arrested for ranting,,, we are becoming a Police State, and (if we accept it, and allow it to continue without protest) this sort of thing is only the thin end of the wedge.... It is not in our contract with the state to allow the Policing of 'thought'. Policing is supposed to be 'by consent' of the people, not at the behest of the state sponsored 'race' and 'discrimination' industries........!

We have never agreed to have free speech Policed by the state.
