Yep sure is, im a trader and i just had to let a b6 awx go for £1700 ! But i only paid £1500.
90% of buyers at the moment are traders and most of the remaining 10% of private buyers want a px deal.
There are very few people out there that want to be parting with thousands of pounds 4 weeks before xmas, not many at all.

I'm not selling! 
Up until last week i have been running 2 car, CTR as my weekend project and a little fun. Now i've sold that i've decide just to stick with one car. Going to do a few things to the audi and decide next year what i'll do. I've just gone over 125k so only jsut broken in!

I won't sell mine for years! It's at 150k now and running fine (fingers crossed that will continue).
I'm just about finished decorating my house for a year so now it's time to treat the car to a little TLC.

Am Keeping mine for 2 more years, i have had the car for 4 years now and added 70,000 miles to it (now at 101,000) i cant part with it, i think the real ownner my 3 year daughter would be very upset about

I'm thinking of getting rid. I've had mine just over 12moths and she's just done 180,000 and it's starting to cost a fortune to maintain. Mite just get a b7
Definately not getting rid of mine, had it 4yrs and just about got it how i want, front end respray over xmas to get rid of stone chips and a bit of detailing ready for all the shows next year

Good idea I had the front-end painted on mine because of stone chips, at the start of the year £350 well spent,,, looks mint when polished
Will defo be trying to attend some off the shows next year,,, as mines going no-where,,, best car i've ever owned !

£350 thats a good price did that include your front wings or just bonnet and bumper??? need my passenger wing doing as someone caught the side of it 
Mine's going no-where, had her just over 18 months now and fully intend running her for at least another 4-5 years........ will hopefully get the last few mods done over the winter prior to Le Mans next year.....

Bonnet,,, Wings,, Bumper , The people who colour-coded my s-line bits did such a good colour match and job that I couldn't resist having the front end done when they offered to do it for £350..

Me Also. I just don't want to let it go. I think alot of people sell or trade there car's because they think a newer car is better or has more modern day extras that they feel they need . Mine is staying
I agree. No plans to shift mine at all, B8's don't really do it for me, although there are a few desirable ones floating about. The B7 has more potential, example:
Thanks for the kind words Coll! Last thing I want to do but as I got my hands on a proper bargain to throw about in the winter its left me in the position to get my *** in gear saving for a house - if I could id also have mine till it ran into the ground.

I will keep my B6 until the wheels fall off, for the car that it is and the money id get for it if i sold it don't tally up, so its not rocket science, keep a mint B6 with high miles or sell it if you can for £2k-£3k, and get another can of worms that you dont know whats wrong with it,,,,,,,,,,er , Na !

Thats my thinking as well.
So I'll keep my B5 will the wheels fall off but I might just put them back on and carry on.
As above...I expect until the wheels fall off. Which won't be any time soon, the bolts have almost seized on
B7 is appealing as James said, and I do love the b8's, but can't afford one of them for another 8 years until they're as old as mine is now

As much as I love my B6, there will come a point where it doesn't become cost effective to keep paying out to keep it on the road, at which point I will probably go for a B7 but with the 3.0TDI engine and quattro....... B8 does absolutely nothing for me either......

In saying all that, Why sell it atoll ? just keep it, if you fancy a 2nd car then have one of them too, Im really looking at buying a E46 M3 Coupe or a Cab for summer use and garage it in the winter as M3's in the snow are a proper joke next to a quattro,

I sold my B6 a year ago with a heavy heart. It was a 52-reg 2.4SE automatic, in perfect nick, and drove beautifully, except for one thing. The multitronic was starting to show signs of giving up the ghost. I had the choice of spending £4k on a new box or £11k on a new car. in the end, I went for the latter, and for the past year, I've been the very proud owner of a B7 3.0TDi Quattro SE.

Where did you go to get yours re-painted, ive got a few things that need doing, including getting my lowers colour coded but want somewhere with a good reputation.
