Leather seat scratched ( not deep but colour gone can i resore it cheaply) its about half an inch long and looks like finger nails did it sorry no pic

second one *biggy* the rear driver side door pod plasic its scrathched to death can i get rid of this so its a lot less noticible other than replace the thing.

as always big thanks

I have scratches like that on the plastic, was thinking about sanding down slightly 2000grit maybe and spray it. Don't know how it would turn out. Obviously can't sand it too much as you will lose the pattern and will look different but maybe worth a try.

Hi. It can be repaired as i have done various trims like this at work. Due to the texture of the trim for a perfect result you would need to call a professional interior trim specialist as they have the proper kits with the tools to re-create the texture ( however they will probably charge near to what a brand new trim would probably cost). If you want to do it yourself you can just rub it down with some fine wet and dry, put some glazing putty or fine plastic filler in any deep damage, then apply a textured aeresol and then grey plastic paint. The aerosol texture will not be exactly the same however with a bit of practice and flatting before painting, you should be able to get it to a standard that is bareley noticable. A goot tip is to use a razor blade to carefully trim off any proud bits of plastic before filling for a better end result

Personally, I would go the scrappy/eBay and replace it!

You could sand it a little, then dress it, to disguise it a bit, but it would never look 100%

That is a little beyond Detailing, someone may prove otherwise though!

As stated on your Photobucket Page, we would replace that with a New item.

chhers guys i will prob have to replace, but may try and experiment first i may as well. any idear price on trim ?

I e had plenty people ask me if this can be repaired and i usually say As the guys said above. You could don't yourself but quality would be questionable !! And you could get a professional to do it but the will charge near the cost of a new part.
Best bet is to scower the net and eBay for a replacement part. It will be perfect from the word go and the won't be any worry about you warping the panel either !!!

Best of luck tho ;-)
