So after looking for ages for a B6 Avant TDI Quattro Sport, I've decided to give up the search and go back to my original plan of buying what the missus wanted in the first place. The idea was to kill two birds with one stone and replace my ageing and dying 1995 Toyota Rav4 and 2000 Passat TDI Estate with the B6 Quattro.

1995~2011 Toyota Rav4 GS, with optional alloys and alloy chrome bullbars. I remember picking this car up brand spanking new from the dealers in 1995 @845am, then going into college in to to take an 'A' Level Maths exam which I failed! lol It cost my dad £13800 exactly. Gutted to see it go, but it's got a terminal oil leak, so time to part with it after doing good justice for me over 16 years on and off.

So the replacement, another Rav4 in 3 door form. Toyota stopped production of these in 2005, so my plan was to look for the latest car I could find with the lowest mileage, as I plan to keep it for a while. So found this 06 plate example int XTR spec with 34k miles on the clock in my price range, and very happy with it indeed! :)

Nice one.
I miss out Rav4. That was a cracking little black number that was.
It loved dartmoor. :)

Any interior pics?
Engine?
Extras? :)

I see the garage door still hasn't been painted another colour...yet.

The cars are dependable I drove one for a month whilst on holiday

Deleted the advert, so have no pics Scott, but compared to the poverty spec of the Red one, the current one is high spec, which includes climate control and cruise control(I only discovered this on the way home, it's a little stick attached to the steering wheel behind where you hands go) and very happy with it so far(the missus is anyways lol). Seems to like a drink though, I'm hoping for 30mpg, but it's a bigger car than the Mk1 Rav4 shape by 5% in all directions, I guess it's only natural it would use a bit more fuel.

Main thing is, I know the missus will be safe in it, and she won't get stuck!

Lets see if I can get 10 years out of this one!
