So today I took my wheels off for a good clean and i've noticed that the rear tyres have worn quite badly on the inside edge. The fronts seem to be fine. They are just budget tyres and they must of covered around 2k.. What would cause this? Is it simply that my tracking is out or could it be because i'm running a slight stretch of 225/35/19s or could it be anything to do with having my car lowered?

Any advice appreciated before I fork out for new tyres, Thanks!

Right okay thanks for the fast reply! I'll take a trip to the tyre fitter tomorrow then :)

If you have it lowered then it may be worth going for a full 4 wheel alignment which checks camber etc rather than just toe in/out. In my experience the car will improve with a proper set up anyway.

Get the tyres swapped over and run them with the wear on the outer edges to increase their life ;)
