I know this should go in to the wanted/sale section, I have done a post in there as well but this is kind of important.

My MOT is due end of the month and I completly forgot that I got no working rear fog lights.
I did the facelift dash upgrade and I was thinking about putting the switches somewhere else but I kind of forgot about it.

Has any one out there got the needed relay and cables to fit the facelift fog light control to a pre-facelift B5 with facelift dash?

PM olds_kool he may have one for sale?

I'll have a look in the next few days, any idea what I'm looking for?The glovebox is already out.

lol, will have a look for you Scott.Don't suppose you have a part no?

tony

i can lend you one to get you through mot if you cant source one but want to sell complete conversion parts so would need it back

ill note down connections for you as it took me ages to figure out (but im useless with electrics so its probably easy)

Could you take a picture so Tony know what he is looking for?
How easy is it to do?

I was thinking today, could I get away with a simple toggle switch to turn them as a MOT temp fix?

I think I've got it out the car Scott, part no. 8D0 907 701A.I have got the plugs and about 3 inches of wire.

Massive thanks to Tony for the foglight ECU.

There is not much of a rush any more.
Due to the amount of cables I got going around my dash, the heater matrix failing and the a couple of little future projects.
The MOT is going to be put on hold for a bit and the car taken off the road.
I'm going to strip my dash down, sort all my cables out, tidy it up and route everything better and replace the matrix. once its all back together I'll get it to the MOT station.
