Had the A4 re-mapped today....

Had the A4 remapped today, some good results! Car has no other modifications, apart from been ran on Tesco Momentum.

Power run before map: 222 BHP / 245 ft/lbs

Power run after map: 251 BHP / 259 ft/lbs


Car was only supposed to be 200 BHP as standard, not sure why it was so high.

The remappers thought it might have been mapped, but after investigation it turned out it hadn't been.

I will post up a graph later.

Nope it's not a special edition. Just running well I suppose. I'm not going to get any more than that really from a stage 1 map.

I got it done at R-Tech.

Seem like above average results to me. Most quote upto 245 for stage 1. Was it a live map or off the shelf?

Remap transforms the 2.0T much more than the bhp pub figures suggest !

The car is completely different, pulls so much better now. I've mapped all my cars, definitely worth doing.

Im sure the 220BHP is the special edition? Correct me if I'm wrong. Does that mean you have a KO4 which would see significanty higher figures than mine and my little KO3

The special edition still has the K03, the S3's and gold edition 30's come with the K04 and 260bhp and 230bhp standard
